Voices

The Voice library is where you browse and preview the voices your agents can speak with. Every voice has a distinct sound, so you can match the tone to your brand — warm and friendly for support, crisp and professional for sales.

Browse voices

Open Voices in your workspace. You can view the library as a list or a grid — your choice is remembered for next time.

Each voice shows helpful tags so you can compare quickly:

  • Gender
  • Language
  • Accent

Preview a voice

Click Preview on any voice to hear a short sample play right in your browser. Click again (Stop) to end the preview. Previewing is the fastest way to find a voice that fits — listen to a few before deciding.

If a voice has no sample available, its preview will be disabled and you'll see a short message. Try another voice from the library.

Use a voice on an agent

Once you've found a voice you like, assign it to an agent from the agent's settings. The agent will then speak with that voice on every call.

Tips

  • Match the accent and language to your audience for a more natural experience.
  • Preview on speakers or headphones — small differences between voices are easier to hear than to read.
  • Try the same script with two voices and pick the one that best fits your brand.
