Getting started
Chatley helps you deploy AI voice agents with phone numbers and optional SMS. This page orients you to the main areas of the product.
1. Create an account
Use Sign up to create your organization, or Log in if you already have access.
2. Workspaces
Workspaces group agents and resources. After sign-in you land in your workspace. Switch workspaces from the app shell when your account has more than one.
3. Agents
Each agent has its own configuration: voice, behaviour, phone number assignment, and integrations. Open an agent from the workspace to edit its settings.
4. Test your agent
Once an agent is set up you can try it immediately — either in the browser or on a real phone. See Talk to Assistant.
5. Capture and forward leads
Collect leads through hosted forms and push them to your CRM or automation tools in real time. See Webhooks.
Some capabilities depend on your plan. If an action is unavailable, check your subscription in Account → Plan.
