Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after opening a workspace. It gives you a quick, at-a-glance picture of how your agents are doing — headline metrics, your best performers, call trends, and the latest activity — so you know what's happening without digging through reports.

Dashboard layout — a row of summary metric cards, then top agents, today's goals and a launch card, then call-volume trends and recent conversations, with an agents overview table below

What's on the dashboard

Summary metrics

A row of cards summarises activity across all your agents for the current period — things like total calls, success rate, average duration, and total spend. These roll up every agent in the workspace so you get one combined view.

Top agents

A compact leaderboard of your best-performing agents, so you can see at a glance which agents are doing the most work.

Today's goals

Progress toward your daily targets — a simple gauge of how the day is tracking against your call and success goals.

Launch an agent

A quick shortcut to create or launch a new agent without leaving the dashboard.

A chart of call volume over time, so you can spot busy periods, growth, or sudden drops.

Recent conversations

The latest calls across your agents — a live feed of recent activity you can open to review.

Agents overview

A table listing every agent with its status and key analytics, and quick actions to manage them.

Tips

  • Use the dashboard as your morning check-in — anything unusual (a drop in success rate, a spike in volume) shows up here first.
  • For deeper analysis and time-range filtering, open Insights.
  • Drill into a specific agent from the overview table to see its full activity.
